Marion Packett is the owner and principal broker of Rice-Packett Real Estate Agency. He has been actively engaged in the real estate business since 1964. Marion's formal education was obtained from American University and Virginia Commonwealth University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate. Marion holds the designations of GRI, Graduate of the Realtors® Institute of Virginia and CRS, Certified Residential Specialist of which only 5% of all real estate licensees in the United States have attained.
Marion has served as past president of the Northern Neck Association of Realtors® as well as leadership roles in his church and community. He is an avid hunter and fisherman as well as an exceptional bench rest marksman.

Carolyn Packett is the wife of Marion and the associate broker of Rice-Packett. Carolyn became actively involved in 1976. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Mathematics from American University in Washington D. C. She also holds the designations of GRI and CRS. Carolyn brings a love of her community, being a founding member of the Richmond County YMCA and holding several leadership positions in her church and other civic organizations. Carolyn brings a passion for her profession and genuine concern for the seller and buyers that she serves.

Kelly Walters has been with the Rice-Packett family for many years. She has meticulously managed every detail of our clients' and customers' real estate needs. She holds the GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representive) Designations, and continues to further her real estate career as she pursues her Broker's license. Kelly has served as a Director on the Northern Neck Assocation of Realtors and currently serves on the Community Outreach Committee for the Association. Like Marion and Carolyn, Kelly is a native of the Northern Neck and lives here with her husband. She will tirelessly assist a Buyer to find the perfect property, as well as work hard for her sellers to find the perfect buyer!
